Shipping

All orders take 5-7 business days to ship. Orders can be completed early but to ensure quality we give a general shipping time frame. Shipping has a flat rate shipping cost for all orders, states but may vary on country.

Returns

Returns are on a case by case basis and customers can be subject to shipping cost being deducted from refund amount. Refund will only be issued when items have been received in good order. Returns are only if product is damaged or wrong item sent.

Custom Orders

All custom designs must be accepted within a 3 day period to ensure efficiency for ALL orders being placed. Custom designs can be tricky, but to be fair to the other customers we need to come to an agreement on a design or I will ask that you to simply choose from a general design or send me exactly what’s needed on the product.
